Sipsmith join us for the 2019 festival as a new exhibitor, well known for inspiring and varied Gins and also Vodka. The Sipsmith story began in a tiny workshop in Hammersmith, London in 2009. Childhood friends Sam and Fairfax had a strong belief in things made well; from that they set up London's first traditional copper still distillery for more than 180 years. The Sipsmith range now includes a London Dry Gin with a zesty finish; a Very Juniper Over Proof or VJOP Gin at 57.5% alcohol; a delightful Sloe Gin at 29% alcohol; then Lemon Drizzle Gin and the London Cup infused with Earl Grey Tea, Borage and Lemon Verbena.
